The Martinez Apartments are located in Palmanova on the beautiful south coast of Majorca.

Just 20 minutes from the airport.

Approximately 300 metres from Palmanova beach. The Martinez is surrounded by , bars, restaurants, supermarkets, shops. Inaugurated in June 2010, the world-famous PACHA IBIZA discotheque is just 300 metres away.

Just 15 minutes walk from Magalluf and all the night clubs, famous discos and explosive night life.

The beautiful, historic city of Palma is 10 kms away with direct access by bus.

The bus stops for all local transport are located at 100 metres from the apartments.

The Martinez boasts a laid-back atmosphere with friendly staff that keep our guests coming back year after year.

The Martinez Apartments are not suitable for families with children.

Completely renovated in 2009, the Martinez Apartments have an official 2 star rating, but are categorized as 3 star.

13 one-bedroomed apartments on 3 floors (no lifts).

All apartments are spacious and sleep up to 4 adults (3rd & 4th beds are sofa-beds in the lounge).

The apartments consist of lounge, full kitchenette (including toasters and electric kettles), full bathroom with shower, bedroom and large balcony. The apartments all have air-conditioning & heating.

Reception is 24 hour with English / English speaking staff.

The Martinez has a swimming pool, jacuzzi, sun-terrace, 24 hour bar serving breakfasts and snacks, Sky television in public area, air-conditioned lounge with games and internet access, pool tables, public telephone, safety deposit box rental and 24 hour money-exchange service.

Maid service: Maid service is every other day with change of towels. Bed linen is changed every 5 days.

Please note: Although the Apartments are fully self-catering, guests can opt for Bed & Breakfast. The breakfast is a full English made with British products. Self-Catering clients can also order breakfast at a very reasonable price on a daily basis.

All our guests also can use the facilities of the next-door Gabarda Hotel including the swimming pool, snack bar, sun terrace, games room, etc....
