The Naika Studios & Apartments are located in Palmanova on the beautiful south coast of Majorca.

Just 20 minutes from the airport.

Approximately 150 metres from Palmanova beach. The Naika is surrounded by , bars, restaurants, supermarkets, shops......

Just 15 minutes walk from Magalluf and all the night clubs, famous discos and explosive night life.

The beautiful, historic city of Palma is 10 kms away with direct access by bus.

The bus stops for all local transport are located at 150 metres from the hotel.

The Naika boasts a laid-back atmosphere with friendly staff that keep our guests coming back year after year.

The Naika Studios and Apartments are not suitable for families with children.

STUDIO & APARTMENT FEATURES

8 studios and 3 one-bedroomed apartments, ground floor + 2 floors (no lifts).

Accommodation: studios sleep 3 (3rd bed is a sofa bed), apartments sleep 4 (3rd/4th beds are sofa beds), all with fully-equipped kitchenette, (including toaster & kettle), full bathroom with shower, private balcony or terrace, Sky satellite TV in all units, ceiling fan and wardrobe.

24 hour reception with English / English speaking staff is located at the nearby Hotel Gabarda.

Maid service: Maid service is every 2 days with change of towels. Bed linen will be changed every 5 days.


Please note: Although the Apartments are fully self-catering, guests can opt for Bed & Breakfast. The breakfast is a full English made with British products. Self-Catering clients can also order breakfast at a very reasonable price on a daily basis.

All our guests can use the facilities and all of the services of the nearby Hotel Gabarda & Martinez Apartments. These include:
Swimming pools, jacuzzi (Martinez), sun terraces, 24 hour bar & snacks, internet access, pool tables, games, public telephone.....
