It has 13 spacious apartments distributed over three floors (without a lift). They all have a bedroom seperated from the living / dining room. The arrangement of the beds depends on the guest's preferences; double bed or two twin beds. The living room has a sofa and a bed for a third person, with a maximum capacity of 3 people.

Each apartment has air conditioning (hot and cold), flat screen TV with satellite, free unlimited WIFI, large balconies with table and chairs and a fully equipped kitchenette (kitchenware, kettle, fridge, microwave, toaster and hob). It's recently refurbished bathrooms have a shower and hairdryer. In the communal area of the building there is a swimming pool and sun terrace with sun loungers.
